Redistribution and design of the Maderas Portu showroom in San Sebastián, conceived as an exhibition space where materials take center stage.
The project is based on a clear concept: creating different environments and real-use scenarios that allow visitors to understand how materials perform in everyday contexts. Through a fluid spatial organization, the layout invites exploration and discovery.
A neutral and restrained design language was chosen to act as a backdrop, avoiding visual distractions and allowing textures, finishes and construction solutions to be perceived clearly. Light, layout and contrasts are carefully considered to enhance the reading of each material.
The result is a functional and educational showroom where architecture and product come together to create a coherent and user-focused experience.
